What to expect in my Pregnancy yoga classes

🤰 Pregnancy Yoga sequences

I check in with everyone at the start of every class to see how you’re feeling and then tailor each class to your needs to keep you feeling strong and mobile.

😮‍💨 Breathing for birth exercises

Breathing techniques that you can use off the mat and at home to relax during birth to manage contractions and relax your body. These are also great to support your mental health.

🌈 Birth Advocacy and Empowerment

Explore birthing options and gain the knowledge and confidence to make your own choices for the birth you’d rather have.

🤝 Community and Socialising

Make friends with lots of other local mums in our supportive and lovely community.

Who can attend pregnancy yoga?

It’s recommended that if you don’t have a regular yoga or exercise practice before becoming pregnant, come along pregnancy yoga after your 15-week mark, but it’s your choice.

If you’ve got any ailments that you’re not sure about, feel free with your midwife or doctor first and let me know on sign up.
