Take a moment for yourself this February! On Monday, February 17th, from 6-6.45PM, Sally is hosting a Self-Love Meditation & Journaling Practice. A gentle space to unwind, reflect, and reconnect with yourself after a busy day.

This 45-minute session is designed as a calming after-work reset, giving you time to pause before heading back to your responsibilities. Through guided meditation and intentional journaling, with a focus on self-compassion, releasing stress, and setting loving intentions for ourselves.
