What to expect in toddler yoga?

Lively & fun classes with Early Years teacher Hayley for toddlers aged 2-5 and their parents, grandparents, guardians or childminders.

⚾️ Loads of props & games

Use parachutes, blocks, cushions and other props to keep kids engaged and foster a sense of play.

💪aids development

Each class has a focus on balance, coordination, strength and flexibility.

🦁 Musical animal-themed stretching

Kids yoga is full of music and encourages singalongs to help toddlers to remember sequences of stretches and introduce animal characters as part of the story.

👪 Bonding time with little ones

Take some precious time out to have some fun and connect with your little one away from distractions, screens and responsibilities.

😌 Time to wind down & relax

It's not all madness - we also take time to wind down. There’s plenty of mindfulness and relaxation built in for both adults and kids.

With my background as an Early Years teacher and my love for yoga, I decided to bring the two together and trained in Toddler Yoga in 2024.

My sessions are lively and engaging for little ones, packed with fun props and games — it’s all about enjoying the moment! But don’t worry, we also take time to wind down. There’s plenty of mindfulness and relaxation built in, which I believe is so important for both children and parents.
